Well what can I say. I bought a bottle of original for my mother a 70 something year old read St Lucian who's been cooking from a teenager all the good Caribbean dishes we love. I can confirm my mother loves it and asked for more plus the other flavours.
Well done my brother my mother is fussy and like many true West Indians doesn't eat out so big yourself.
I used the Dried Onion marinade with some Salmon. I can say that they compliment each other well. I will definitely look forward to buying the set of 4 Pack.
